Total Information charges only the publisher's list price, and in the event of any question, will supply current publisher's invoice, and/or catalog to substantiate the list price charged.
Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on transactions shipping to a New York State address and meeting certain other criteria. Used Textbooks
In some instances, used textbooks may be available for you to order. Please note that the quantity of used books is limited, and orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. If you order a used book which is not available, our customer service team will contact you to see if you want a new copy. We won't automatically substitute a new copy.
The condition of used books varies, but you should expect that the book will look as if it has been used for at least one semester, and will likely include highlighting, underlining and wear and tear to the cover and pages. Unless specifically noted, the textbook
will not
come with ancillary materials (CD-Roms, study guides, website passwords, etc.) which may be required for the class.
Due to limited and uncertain availability, we cannot backorder used books.

is accurate. That's because we have the book in stock and are confident of the pricing. However, for books not in stock, although we provide an estimated price, the exact level of discount cannot be known until the book comes into stock. Therefore, we list those titles not in stock at list price, without showing any discount at all. When the book comes in from the publisher, the appropriate discount, if any, will be applied, in accordance with any agreement between Total Information and your company.
