How do I get an Account?
If you don't have an online account, you may create one instantly by clicking on the "Create New Account" tab above. Note: even though you may have ordered from us before, you will still need to create an online account before you can checkout.
Do I have to create an Account?
You must create an account before you can checkout. You can either do so here, or as part of the checkout process. Creating an account means your billing and shipping information will be stored to make it much easier for you to order next time. Plus, you'll be able to check the status of your orders!

Click on the SHOP tab to search for or special order your books.
We've made some changes in the way your account works at totalinformation.com!
Now, you don't have to remember your account number. All you need to log on is your e-mail address and password. If you already have an account with totalinformation.com, your password is the same as before.
You can check the status of your orders, get shipping information, check your Total Rewards mileage balance, and view and modify your standing orders online!
Simply choose the option you want from the Account Central menu on the left.
Please note: You must create an online password to access these features. If you have not yet done so, you can click on Create New Account to create a new account and access your information immediately!
